As a TCFCU member, you can be in control of your plastics and help limit FRAUD!
“Manage My Cards” allows you the option to change the status of your credit or ATM/debit cards to “active or locked” via our mobile app anytime! This FREE service gives you more control over when the card is available for use, limiting the window of opportunity for fraudulent or unauthorized use.
Also, Transaction Activity Alerts allows you to set activity alerts (push notifications) on your ATM/debit, and credit cards. This FREE service notifies you each time your card is being used, for example, once you use your card at the grocery store you will receive a push notification to your device, letting you know of the approval.
How Can You Activate All This?
Login to the app, click the “More” icon in the bottom right menu, then click on the “Manage My Cards” icon near the upper right corner. On the next screen you will see any cards linked to your account, and by clicking on the desired card(s) the app will provide various options:
- change your card’s status to active or locked
- turn activity alerts on or off
- view card activity
- report lost or stolen card
