We are aware that some cardholders are not seeing their within the scorecard program. The transactions are still scoring/collecting points. This issue is being addressed and all points will be disbursed to the proper accounts. You will be receiving any past due points.
If you are experiencing activation issues, thank you for your patience as we work through some problems with the reissue. We are working with the vendor to correct this as soon as possible. In the meantime, please contact your preferred branch and we will work to manually activate your card. Again, thank you for your understanding. Once corrected, we are confident this new platform will be easier and more enjoyable to use.
If a recurring transaction has been denied, you’ll most likely need to update the card expiration date with that merchant, power company, cell phone company, etc.
Your new VISA card will now replace your prior TCFCU VISA credit card. Please ensure function of your new card prior to destruction of your old card.
To reap the benefits of the new VISA platform, your TCFCU credit card has been re-issued with the same card number, but with an updated expiration date. Your new card, once activated by you, will now be operational. Be sure to hang onto your previous card until you’ve successfully used the new card.
You will now be able to view transaction history, holds, and even make payments within Online Banking. If you are enrolled in e-statements, that’s how your VISA bill will also be delivered. Please note that ezCardinfo is no longer accessible. Be sure to reestablish any recurring payments you may have set up. We hope you enjoy this new and convenient credit card platform!
